We want you to fall in love with your items when you receive them. If this is not the case, let us help!
After your order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation requests or refunds.
We do not allow price adjustments for orders that have already been placed.
We accept returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery date.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange/return unless a mistake is made on behalf of MFL.
We do not offer refunds: Store credit is available for any returned items and exchanges are available if your requested size is in stock.
If you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, please send us an email directly at email@example.com so we can get you squared away.
Before initiating please make sure:
- tags are still attached to clothing
- clothing is free of any stains and/or fragrances
- there are no rips or evidence of rough handling to product
- clothing has not been worn or chemically processed
After we receive your items, we will inspect them to make sure all standards listed above are met.
After your returned item shipping status is listed as delivered, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed. If items do not pass inspection, they will be returned back to the customer.
